Mary has been a licensed Realtor® since 2005 and is a member of the Greater Tampa Association of REALTORS®. She is experienced in handling short sales and foreclosures, and has worked with some of the area’s most well-renowned lenders. Prior to joining Future Home Realty, Inc., Mary was a real estate sales associate at J. Roberts & Company, a full-service real estate company that specialized in land acquisition and new home spec construction. Prior to that, Mary owned a mortgage company in Michigan with Randy. Recognized for her energetic personality and aggressive work ethic, Mary continues to develop life-long relationships with many of her clients and looks forward to serving all your real estate needs. In her spare time, Mary loves to play golf and relax on the beautiful Florida beaches.

Randy is a licensed real estate agent and mortgage broker with a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. While Mary handles much of the marketing of listings, Randy’s job is to work out the financing for the client’s new home. Before moving to Florida, Randy owned C&C Financial Services in Michigan, where he specialized in securing conventional, government and nonconforming mortgages. He also served as a mortgage advisor, condo specialist and Vice-President of Lending for Naples Classic Mortgage in Naples, Florida, and The Mortgage Company of Smith & Associates in Tampa, Florida. During his free time, Randy enjoys playing golf and is an avid Los Angeles Lakers fan.
